In the Weekday morning and evening tour you will get to see the old and new parts of Colombo and attractions that have played an important role in history. You will drive past Galle face green and see the cannons of world war II lining the sea-facing perimeter. Continue along and view the Colombo lighthouse which was constructed in 1829 ( before even Big Ben was built) and is now being used as a clock tower.Drive past the prison cell of the last Sri Lankan king where he was held captive before being deported to India during the British rule. Drive past the Dutch hospital, the colombo harbour and York street that has numerous buildings displaying British Colonial architecture. Continue on towards the slave island area that is undergoing some major developments, a hindu kovil and Beira Lake before reaching to the war memorial near the Public Library. The drive will continue towards Nelum Pokuna Theatre, National Museum, Viharamahadevi Park and the colombo town hall. You will stop at the Independence Memorial hall which was built to commemorate the independence from the British. Walk through its intricate pillars before making your way to the Arcade Independence Square, a shopping complex housed in a colonial building. Finally you will stop at the popular souvenir shop, Laksala for some shopping. In the colombo weekend morning and night tour you will drive past the same attractions as those covered in the weekday tour with the additional route that covers BMICH, replica of Aukana Buddha statue, the picturesque Diyawanna Oya, Diyatha Uyana and the Parliament complex (only during the night tour). During the weekend morning tour we will stop at the Gangaramaya Temple, the National Museum, the Independence Memorial Hall, Arcade Independence square and finally at the famous Laksala for some souvenir shopping. Apart from stopping at the Independence Memorial Hall, Arcade Independence Square and Laksala, you will also stop at Diyawanna Lake for a mesmerizing boat ride during the weekend night tour. The night tour lets you observe Colombo with its fancy night lights on. Weekday morning and evening tour: 2.5 hours approximately, Weekend morning tour: 3.5 hours approximately & Weekend night tour: 3 hours approximately. And please note that Minimum guest applies, minimum 5 guest to be there to conduct the tour & if no guest tour might get rescheduled or refunded

1. Pick up
You will be picked up from your hotel between Dehiwala and Kingsbury. If your hotel is away from the pick up route, you will be picked up from the tour starting point, Kingsbury hotel depending on the tour and time you have booked. Weekday morning tour: 9.00 to 9.30am approx. Weekday evening tour: 3.30 to 4.00pm approx. Weekend morning tour: 8.00 to 8.30am approx. Weekend night tour: 3.30 to 4.00pm approx

Drop off
After the tour is over you will be taken back to Kingsbury hotel. If your hotel is between Kingsbury and Dehiwala you will be dropped back at your hotel. If you choose you can get off anywhere enroute to Dehiwala. Drop off timings are: Weekday morning tour: 11.30 am approx. Weekday evening tour: 6.00 pm approx. Weekend morning tour: 12.00 pm approx. Weekend night tour: 7.00 pm approx.
